Delivery Policy

Any times quoted for delivery are estimates only and although the we will use all reasonable efforts to deliver any Equipment or Services in accordance with the times specified, failure to comply with such time shall not constitute a breach of this Contract.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we shall be entitled to make partial deliveries by instalments and the terms and conditions herein contained shall apply to each partial delivery.
The risk in the Products passes to you on delivery of the Equipment. Until ownership has passed to you, you shall keep the products safe and insured against usual commercial risks and free from charge, lien or other encumbrance.

Where you notify us that you are unable to take delivery of the Equipment and/or Services (if appropriate) in accordance with the time stated in the Acceptance Form or within seven days of us giving notice that the Equipment and/or Services (if appropriate) are ready for dispatch/installation, we shall endeavour to store the Equipment and/or Services (if appropriate) and you shall reimburse us without delay all costs and storage charges incurred by us until the time of delivery/installation.

Where the Equipment and/or Services (if appropriate) are to be delivered/installed by instalments or against call-off and you either (1) fail to accept any delivery when due or, in the case of call -offs, fail to accept outstanding deliveries within one month of the date of the Acceptance Form, or (2) defaults in making any payment when due, then we may cancel any or all subsequent deliveries and you shall compensate us in full for any loss or expense arising from such cancellation and notwithstanding our duty to mitigate our loss shall compensate the us in full for the loss of in respect of the Equipment and/or Services (if appropriate) ordered but not delivered/installed.
