The Annual Network Christmas Change Freeze comes into effect from Friday 9th December 2022 and will remain in place until Monday 9th January 2023. During this period no change requests can be actioned unless previously ordered and addressed.
If you wish to have any changes made to your hours of operation, or messages on your telephony systems, please advise in writing to email@example.com, no later than midday on Tuesday 6th December 2022.
Failure to do so will result in the change failing or not being applied.
