Last month our adventurous COO Colin braved the wind and cold to reach the top of Mount Snowdon for sunrise! He’s just about recovered enough to tell us about this challenging 9-mile ascent.
“From my point of view, it was one of the hardest challenges I have done! The whole day was fantastic and so was the camaraderie, with everyone providing support to everyone else.
The weather was really challenging, and the conditions were appalling – I am still recovering (my knee is still bad)!
But I am so glad that I went in for this challenge and that combined we raised so much money for a fantastic charity, who are doing so much for those who are attending the therapies provided by Brainwave.”
Colin raised an amazing £460 for Brainwave. This incredible charity believes in a world where every child with disabilities reaches their potential. Their multidisciplinary team of therapists take the time to fully assess each individual child and their family’s needs in the relaxed, fun and friendly atmosphere of their fully equipped Brainwave Centres.
