Holiday Hours & A Seasonal Update

As the festive season approaches, we want to assure you that our commitment to your service remains unwavering. Our lines are open 24/7, 365 days a year, ready to address any emergencies you might encounter.

Operating Hours over the upcoming weeks:

  • Sun 24 Dec – Wed 27 Dec = Emergency cover only
  • Wed 27 Dec – Fri 29 Dec = Business as usual (our annual BCP testing)
  • Sat 30 Dec – Tue 2 Jan = Emergency cover only
  • Wed 3 Jan = Business as usual

Leading by Example

Between the 27th and the 29th of December, we will be conducting our annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing. We consistently emphasise the importance and significance of having a BCP in place and regularly testing your plan. These practices are not just principles we advocate for; we actively follow them ourselves. While our team operates remotely during this festive season, externally, it will be business as usual. This annual exercise enables us to rigorously assess our BCP and ensure its effectiveness.
